Air Separation Plant Operator

Operate an Air Separation Plant and a VPSA in a safe and efficient manner by following established work processes and applying your air separation / cryogenic process knowledge Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and reliable plant operations In addition, you will operate and field-check process equipment, monitoring process conditions, equipment performance, and control systems Utilize multiple, complex plant computer control systems to oversee and adjust operations You shall apply troubleshooting skills to resolve process-related deviations and problems as they arise Perform basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on process equipment to help maintain equipment reliability Also, you will use your process knowledge to identify and implement plant performance improvements and coach/train others on plant operations Available to travel 30%
