About the Position: This is a military technician position with the Army Reserve Aviation Command, Aviation Support Facility (ASF) Knox East located at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Repair/replace rotary wing aircraft engines and assemblies

Conduct inspections to prevent equipment failure

Complete adjustments to installed components

Perform ground operational checks

Perform functional tests

Inspect aircraft engines

Analyze test results

Investigate malfunctioning equipment

Review technical publications

Operate test equipment

Perform maintenance

Interpret manuals to complete work orders

Employ FAA regulations

Translate inspection reports

Update inspection schedule
