Aircraft Loading Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft

• To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers

• To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report

• To lead and monitor a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to meet the work performance standards

• To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale

Requirements

• Post-secondary or above

• Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Capable of working independently and work under pressure

• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience

• Able to control / supervise subordinates

• Knowledge of PC

• Holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Classes 1 & 2

• No careless driving record within 5 years & not more than 6 points are incurred in driving-offence points within 2 years
