Summary

Manages business-aviation maintenance projects end to end at an FAA Part 145 repair station in Conroe, TX: developing new business, preparing maintenance quotes and estimates, coordinating with Crew Chiefs and technicians, and keeping customers informed from initial inquiry through aircraft delivery.

MW Aircraft Services is a growing FAA Part 145 Repair Station located at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport, specializing in business aviation maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, avionics installations, and aircraft modifications.

As we continue expanding our capabilities and customer base, we're looking for an experienced aviation professional to join our team in a role that combines project management, technical sales, customer service, and maintenance estimating.

This is not a traditional desk-based sales or project management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of a business, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable moving between customer conversations, developing maintenance quotes, coordinating with technicians, and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business aviation maintenance, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop customer relationships while helping ensure maintenance projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of MW Aircraft Services while working directly with company leadership, customers, Crew Chiefs, and maintenance personnel.
