Summary
Oversees the Airfield Management training program for the Air Force, developing and managing training to ensure personnel certification, skill advancement, and wartime readiness. Works with installation and functional teams to support flying operations and pre-flight services for pilots.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Airfield Management Training Manager, providing oversight of the training program which includes the development, implementation, supplemental, and overall oversight of the Airfield Management training program.
Develop, implement and manage an Airfield Management training program to qualify personnel for position certification, skill-level advancement and ensure proficiency in support of peacetime flying operations/wartime readiness. Identify and forecast formal and supplemental training requirements. Represents Airfield Management with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
