Airfreight Customer Service Officer

• Handle customers' air freight enquiries and coordinate shipment bookings to ensure efficient cargo movement.

• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments to facilitate smooth and timely shipment operations.

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with regular updates on delivery status and any shipment changes.

• Address customer enquiries and operational issues promptly, ensuring effective resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and support day-to-day air freight operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any fields

• Relevant airfreight customer service

• Candidates from the freight forwarding/ logistics Industry
