Job Summary

As an Airline Reservation Officer, you will provide travel information and booking services to customers and travel agencies, ensuring accurate flight and fare details while processing reservations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel information via telephone and email to airline customers to assist their travel planning
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from walk-in customers and travel agencies to support their booking needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight schedules, fare details, auxiliary services, and airline policies to inform customers effectively
• Make flight reservations using airline systems to secure bookings according to customer requirements
• Process phone payments for ticket purchases accurately and securely to complete transactions
