Airline Traffic Supervisor
As an Airline Traffic Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of airline ground traffic and ensuring aircraft are serviced safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The exact duties include:
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise airline ground operations, including aircraft turnaround activities.
* Coordinate with ground handlers, baggage services, catering, fueling, aircraft cleaning, and maintenance teams.
* Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by monitoring flight schedules.
* Communicate with pilots, air traffic control (where applicable), airport authorities, and operations control centers.
* Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies.
* Handle operational disruptions such as flight delays, cancellations, weather issues, or equipment failures.
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.

* Familiarity with international aviation standards such as those from International Air Transport Association and International Civil Aviation Organization is an advantage.
