Job Title: Airport Manager

Etihad Airways is looking for an experienced Airport Manager to direct local airport operations, manage service providers, and uphold world-class safety, guest experience, and operational standards at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos!
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct passenger and aircraft handling operations on shift, strictly adhering to safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver key operational objectives across safety, customer service, on-time performance (OTP), and station disruption planning.
- Oversee VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guest requirements and airport ancillary sales performance.
- Maintain station emergency response, diversion/delay handling, and business continuity protocols.
- Serve as the Local Security Contact Officer and lead local operational teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree level education (or equivalent industry experience) with proven leadership and business solution skills.
- Minimum 7–9 years of relevant experience in a senior management or leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in a high-pressure, multicultural shift-work environment.
- Strong track record in driving operational results, team leadership, and large-scale communication.
- Previous regional or international airline exposure is highly advantageous.
