Airport Operations Crew

This incumbent is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of baggage, including baggage induction, security photo documentation, and escalation of any irregularities. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to perform tasks efficiently on-site.

Working Hours: Weekdays and weekends, 11:00AM – 3:00PM

Location: Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle baggage induction processes in accordance with operational and security procedures.
• Capture clear, accurate, and high-quality photographs for security and documentation purposes.
• Accurately organize and submit photographic evidence using the designated mobile application.
• Upload required photos directly from the job site upon task completion or as instructed.
• Ensure all required images meet clarity, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Handle all baggage with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Identify and escalate baggage issues requiring exceptional handling to the Duty Manager or Supervisor promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Basic proficiency in using mobile applications for documentation and uploads.
• Ability to handle baggage safely and responsibly.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with supervisors.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
• May involve standing for extended periods and manual handling of luggage.
