Airport Rental Sales & Customer Experience Associate

We’re looking for a dependable, service-oriented team member to support our airport rental operations. As an Airport Rental Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you’ll assist travelers with vehicle rentals, explain available options, process transactions, and help create a smooth customer experience.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in sales, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous rental car experience is welcome but not required.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage rental transactions, including vehicle pickups, returns, and contract paperwork.
• Help customers choose vehicles, upgrades, and optional protection products.
• Process payments and answer questions about rental agreements.
• Inspect vehicles during pickup and return procedures.
• Communicate with fleet staff to coordinate vehicle availability and readiness.
• Address customer concerns professionally and follow company procedures.
