JOB TITLE: Runner

REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager/Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Assist servers by carrying food trays to table and returning soiled items to the kitchen

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist servers with their tasks

• Carry food trays of soiled dishes and bring to dishwasher

• Stock and prepare runner station for service

• Keep work area organized and clean

• Collect soiled linens and deposit in designated bins

• Collect trash and recycling in designated dumpsters

• Keep ice bins filled

• Sweep and mop kitchen floor at end of each shift

• Assist with bouquet set up – move tables, chairs, A/V equipment, and related items as instructed by manager

• Coordinate and time all food that leaves kitchen. Assure that each order leaves the kitchen in a timely manner

• Consistently communicate with servers, kitchen, and management

• Perform other tasks as requested by management team
