Candidate Requirements

To be considered for teaching opportunities with ALDAR Education, candidates should meet the following essential criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area from a recognised university.
• Teaching Qualification: A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Teaching Experience: A minimum of two years' teaching experience within an international school setting.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Experience delivering an internationally recognised curriculum, with the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs.
• Teaching and Learning: A strong understanding of effective classroom practice, curriculum delivery, assessment and student progress.
• Student-Centred Approach: A genuine passion for inspiring, motivating and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
• Safeguarding: A strong commitment to student welfare, safeguarding and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
