Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a versatile and well-rounded Senior All-Source Analyst to support USINDOPACOM intelligence requirements. The selected analyst will initially integrate with a cyber-focused team, providing all-source analysis across cyber, military, regional, and transnational threat problem sets. As mission priorities evolve, the analyst may transition to a China- and Japan-focused portfolio supporting broader Indo-Pacific regional analysis.
The ideal candidate is not limited to a single intelligence discipline or topic. This individual should be comfortable learning new mission areas, working across multidisciplinary teams, and producing both operational and strategic analysis for senior defense and national-level customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain regional or functional national-security issues.
- Initially support a cyber-focused analytic team by integrating cyber and military intelligence with broader regional, political, economic, and security context.
- Remain adaptable to mission needs and be prepared to transition to analysis focused on China, Japan, or related Indo-Pacific security issues.
- Fuse strategic all-source data into operational and strategic intelligence products addressing foreign military forces, military cyber capabilities, C4I, equipment, order of battle, regional stability, national military strategy, warning, transnational organized crime, nuclear surety, and publicly available information.
- Support collections, operations, target development, intelligence planning, investigations, crisis response, and other defense intelligence requirements.
- Produce planned and crisis-support intelligence products, including assessments, information papers, articles, briefings, and follow-on products for DIA, DoD senior leaders, combatant commands, national-level customers, and warfighters.
- Apply ICD 203 analytic tradecraft and applicable Intelligence Community standards while using DIA-approved product lines and formats.
- Conduct research and analysis of foreign military organizations, command structures, strategies, doctrine, intent, capabilities, equipment, operations, exercises, facilities, sustainment, leadership, force disposition, and order of battle.
- Develop foundational intelligence and maintain or expand data records in MIDB, MARS, and successor systems concerning foreign installations, facilities, units, equipment, and force disposition.
- Integrate imagery and reporting from other intelligence disciplines to strengthen situational awareness and foundational order-of-battle analysis within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility.
- Support Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment products by integrating adversary analysis and identifying critical vulnerabilities.
- Conduct indications and warning analysis to assess potential adversary behavior and changes in key indicators across the Indo-Pacific region.
- Coordinate intelligence assessments with Defense Intelligence Enterprise organizations, Intelligence Community partners, global combatant commands, and foreign partners.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with counterparts across the command, national intelligence agencies, and other U.S. command components.
- Participate in command-wide, multidisciplinary efforts involving critical military, cyberspace, and space issues.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience relevant to senior all-source intelligence analysis, with a portion of that experience performed within the past two years.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and completion of the developmental training and professional experiences appropriate for a senior analyst.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret incomplete, indirect, highly complex, technically advanced, or seemingly unrelated information and communicate its significance clearly.
- Experience structuring analysis around reporting trends and incorporating perspectives from multiple analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while remaining an effective member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Experience developing concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products for senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or guide research into multifaceted or critical intelligence problems.
- Experience selecting, designing, and applying validated analytic methodologies, including argument evaluation and the examination of competing perspectives.
- Ability to collaborate with Intelligence Community partners on information sharing, collection requirements, analytic disputes, and conflict resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cyber intelligence, cyber threat analysis, or cyber-related military intelligence missions.
- Regional or functional expertise related to China, Japan, Northeast Asia, or the broader USINDOPACOM area of responsibility.
- Working knowledge of foreign military strategy, doctrine, force structure, order of battle, and regional security dynamics.
- Experience with MIDB, MARS, DIA product lines, JIPOE, foundational intelligence, or indications and warning analysis.
- Foreign-language capability relevant to assigned regional requirements.
- Experience briefing senior DoD, Intelligence Community, combatant command, or national-level customers.
