E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a All Source Analyst (PIPR)to join our team in Alexandria, VA in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, validate, and prioritize dynamic intelligence collection and production requirements (PIRs/RFI) focused on foreign defense industrial capabilities, infrastructure, and weapon systems development.
- Direct end-to-end intelligence production planning, tracking deliverables across research, acquisition, and testing phases to ensure timely dissemination to warfighters and national leadership.
- Align all-source analytical efforts with broader strategic intelligence plans, integrating functional tradecraft and multi-INT inputs to fill critical defense industry coverage gaps.
- Review finished intelligence products against strict IC publication standards and analytic tradecraft while mentoring junior analysts on production workflows, requirement planning, and briefing support.
