Alliance Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy: Build and execute joint business plans and GTM strategies with major technology or ecosystem partners.
- Revenue Growth: Accelerate sales pipelines, track alliance KPIs, and meet specific partner-sourced or influenced revenue targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Nurture executive-level relationships with internal Capgemini practices and external partner counterparts.
- Joint Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop industry-specific solutions, demos, and accelerators.
- Governance: Coordinate executive business reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Requires 5 - 8 years of professional experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Industry Acumen: Strong background in sectors like Financial Services or Enterprise Cloud, Data, or AI ecosystems.
- Skills: Advanced stakeholder management, C-level executive communication, negotiation, and matrixed collaboration.
