Job Description

We are accelerating the structuring of our Alliances and Partnerships area and are looking for professionals who want to be part of this construction from the beginning.

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in implementing partnerships and alliances.
  • Advanced/fluent English;
  • Ability to implement and execute new business models and solutions.

What your main responsibilities will be:

  • Prospect and originate new strategic partnerships;
  • Map, prioritize, and proactively approach relevant targets based on the proposed strategy (fintechs, technology sector, business consulting, payment methods, among others), with a focus on market opening;
  • Structure and lead the entire end-to-end negotiation cycle - including business case, definition of commercial model, pricing, and partnership terms;
  • Build and generate a robust pipeline of opportunities, with management oriented toward revenue goals;
  • Design value propositions and monetization strategies for strategic partnerships and alliances;
  • Act as a commercial and relationship sponsor for the partner;
  • Create and constantly monitor internal control processes with a focus on customizations relevant to the partnership process;
  • Monitor KPIs for acquisition, conversion, incremental revenue, and ROI of partnerships, structuring plans for scale or scope expansion.
