About Role:

In this rewarding role as an Allied Health Assistant, on a casual basis, you will provide essential clinical and non-clinical support to our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other allied health professionals. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes at Beleura Private Hospital.

Duties will include:

  • Conducting group activities/exercise sessions and individual treatments as allocated.
  • Preparation of therapy areas, equipment and materials.
  • Assisting in patient escorting/transport to and from Gymnasium and therapy areas.
  • Assisting in departmental / service administrative tasks and maintaining resources.
  • Inspecting and maintaining mobility aids/rehabilitation equipment for safety and function.
  • May be required to work across campuses

About You:

  • Willingness to work under the supervision of an Allied Health practitioner
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage workload demands and priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellence in customer service
  • Flexible positive approach to work.
