Allrounder at Habitat Algarve
- Collaborate with other hosts and the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
- Your are the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and personal farewell
- Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for
- Listen to and respond to guest needs, creating personalized experiences
- Assist with meal preparation and take responsibility for serving food and drinks during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and sanitary facilities
- Organize evening activities in coordination with the team
- Care for the retreat’s garden plants and assist in feeding the chickens
- are available until end of October 2026
- are fluent in English
- bring team spirit and passion for hospitality
- have organisational skills and stress resilience
- have first experience in gastronomy, yoga/surfing and sustainable living (is a big plus, but not neccessary!)
- have a positive and open appearance
- like to live and work in nature
