Alpha Service Team Manager, hybrid, Officer

What you will be responsible for
Performing, reviewing and coordinating daily checks on Cash Services deliverables, cash activity, client reports and operational exceptions.
Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies, cash breaks, overdrafts, stale balances, Cash Hub exceptions and other items assigned to Cash Services.
Taking ownership of issue resolution, engaging internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus and drive timely closure.
Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging risks during group discussions or to the manager, suggesting improvements and taking ownership over the resolution process.
Developing and maintaining relationships with client representatives, custodians, transfer agents and internal stakeholders to support successful service delivery.
Working together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives, onboarding activities, process standardization and issue closure.
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and managers, including clear status updates, escalation of risks and transparent handover of open items.
Adhering to internal procedures, controls, escalation protocols and best practices at all times.
Offering guidance and support to less experienced members of the team through knowledge sharing, cross-training and day-to-day coaching.
Actively working with other team members to build team spirit and promote collaboration across Alpha Cash Services Poland and the global Cash Services network.
Leading or supporting initiatives to strengthen team collaboration, operational efficiency, automation, control discipline and continuous improvement.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of financial services industry experience; experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Cash Operations or related functions is an asset.
Knowledge of cash management, cash reconciliations, liquidity support, transaction processing, client reporting or operational controls is preferred.
Customer service or professional experience from a different area than above-listed is acceptable where strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are demonstrated.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with data, reports and operational workflow tools.
Experience contributing to process improvement, automation, migration, onboarding or standardization initiatives would be an advantage.

Minimum Salary:
zł132,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
