Connexus Hub, Inc. | Fort Knox, KY | Full-time, exempt | Key personnel | Contingent on contract award

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 a year, depending on experience
Location: Army Continuing Education Division, Building 1109B, Fort Knox, KY 40121
Schedule: On site at Fort Knox, Monday through Friday, within 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern core hours

About the role

Connexus Hub is building the team for an anticipated U.S. Army contract supporting the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at Human Resources Command, Fort Knox. ACED runs the education benefits that Soldiers, Cadets and Army Civilians use to go to college and earn credentials: Tuition Assistance and Credentialing Assistance through ArmyIgnitED, Army Personnel Testing, and the Joint Services Transcript that turns military training into college credit. Performance is expected to begin in March 2027. We are interviewing now.

This is the second-in-command seat, and it is a working role. When the Program Manager is out, you have full authority to act for Connexus on the daily running of the contract. The rest of the time you lead ACED office operations and keep the reporting machinery running.

What you will do

  • Act for the Program Manager in their absence, with the same authority over staff, deliverables and Government interface.
  • Lead ACED office operations: monitor and route the ACED phone line and main mailbox, download and route ETMS2 taskers to the Operations Branch Chief within two hours, and keep the share drive on the approved naming convention.
  • Build the daily personnel status report (due 8:45 a.m. Eastern), the alert roster and its semiannual tests.
  • Assemble the Monthly Status Report data and check that every workload number matches the system transaction logs in ArmyIgnitED, JST, APT and Teams.
  • Track training compliance (Antiterrorism Level I, OPSEC, Cyber Awareness, PII) and report it monthly.
  • Cover any program area during surges or absences so no standard slips.

What you need

  • A bachelor's degree in education, business administration or management, workforce development or a related field from an accredited college, AND three to five years of experience in education and training. OR a master's degree from an accredited college AND at least four years of experience in training and administration and project management in a customer-related service field.
  • Experience on Government projects and familiarity with Government policy and procedure.
  • Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and comfort working in an all-digital environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel at a level where your formulas do not break.
  • Ability to work on site at Fort Knox full time.
  • Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint check and a Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation and obtain a Common Access Card. No security clearance is required.

A strong plus

  • Prior military service.
  • Experience with ArmyIgnitED, Credentialing Assistance, the Joint Services Transcript or Army Personnel Testing.
  • Familiarity with Government logistics procedures.

Key personnel: This is a named position in our proposal. We need your resume and a signed letter of intent confirming your availability by 13 November 2026.

Connexus Hub, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. This position is contingent on award of the anticipated contract.
