- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your licensees.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting licensee relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with licensees key personnel and management in order to understand their needs.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product and services according to licensee's needs and objectives.
- Unearth, Identify and grow opportunities to expand revenue and take in more accounts.
- Assist with high severity requests or critical issue escalations as and when needed.
