AM Banquet Line Cook

The Sheraton Greensboro is now seeking an AM Line Cook for its very busy Banquet Kitchen!

• Will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef instructions
• Will maintain a clean neat work station
• Will prepare foods using various cooking methods to include roasting, frying, broiling, baking, etc…
• Will work with all kitchen team members to ensure successful events

• Should have high volume banquet/catering kitchen experience
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
• Must be able to work very early hours as some shifts start at 4:00AM
• Should thrive in busy work environment
• Must be a team player
• Must have good attention to detail
• Should have an eye for good presentation
• Should be able to multitask
• Must be familiar with all cooking methods and have good knife skills
