Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Host / Takeout Team Member to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests dining in and picking up takeout orders. You’ll help create a welcoming experience while ensuring orders are accurate and efficiently handled using the Toast POS system.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide excellent customer service

Manage wait lists and seating flow during busy hours

Answer phones and accurately take takeout orders

Enter and process orders using the Toast POS system

Package takeout orders carefully, ensuring accuracy and presentation

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion

Handle payments for dine-in and takeout orders

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front area
Qualifications:
-
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Experience with Toast POS (or similar system) is a plus

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Friendly, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry takeout bags and supplies

Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
