• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

•Develop, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

•Lead manufacturing planning and readiness for new products, process changes, and scale-up activities.

•Ensure adherence to quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

•Monitor key manufacturing metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

•Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to resolve production issues and improve process capability.

•Identify and implement automation or technology solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

•Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams to build strong technical and execution capability.

•Support cost reduction, capacity planning, and resource optimization initiatives.
