AM Restaurant Manager

The award winning Grandover Resort is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for Morning coverage.

This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including guest service and ensuring all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in scheduling all positions within the restaurant (front of the house, wait staff, bussers & hostess).
• Maintains wine inventory.
• Ability to supervise staff as well as bartend/serve when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and equipment.
• Assists with continuous staff training.
• Serves as a backup to the Director/Asst. Director of Restaurants for payroll and recruiting processes.
• Maintains professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and proper staff uniforms.

Key requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
• Flexible schedule allowing for weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of NC ABC laws and regulations.
• Previous fine dining management experience required.
