Amazon Connect Engineer - Cloud Contact Center

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer with strong contact center and AWS experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions for large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda.

- Build integrations with SSO, Active Directory, CRM, Case Management, WFM, and other contact center platforms.

- Develop and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.

- Design and implement solutions using APIs and web services.

- Support production implementations and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions.

- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Follow Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Design scalable, secure, and reliable AWS contact center solutions.

- Participate in solution architecture, development, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in software/cloud engineering.

- Deep experience in the Contact Center domain.

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda.

- Experience integrating contact center solutions with SSO, AD, CRM, Case Management, and WFM systems.

- Strong knowledge of APIs and cloud integrations.

- Experience with Python, Node.js, or other development/scripting languages.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with production implementations on AWS/public cloud platforms.

- Minimum 2 years of experience architecting, building, and supporting AWS cloud solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
