Amazon Marketplace Account Manager (SEO & PPC)
Compensation: $12k – $13k • No equity
MetisBee is an ecommerce growth agency helping brands get found, ranked, and sold across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. We're a small, hands-on team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with brands across the UK and USA.
We're hiring a Marketplace Account Manager to handle day-to-day Amazon SEO and PPC work across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a broad, generalist role — great for someone who's comfortable moving between listing optimization, keyword research, and ad campaign management rather than specializing narrowly in just one.
What you'll do:
Manage Amazon (and Walmart/eBay, where relevant) seller/vendor accounts day-to-day Optimize product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images coordination Set up and manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and keyword targeting to improve ACoS/ROAS Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Track account health, respond to flags, and troubleshoot listing or ranking issues Prepare simple performance reports for clients (sales, ad spend, ranking movement) Communicate with clients on account status and recommendations
What we're looking for:
1-3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central (agency or in-house) Working knowledge of Amazon PPC campaign setup and optimization Comfortable with basic keyword research and listing optimization Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Seller Central reports, or similar (not mandatory, but a plus) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once Good written English for client communication and reporting
Nice to have:
Experience with Walmart Connect or eBay Basic understanding of GA4 or ecommerce analytics Amazon Advertising certification
