Description
Amazon PPC Manager – E-Commerce Advertising
Pyle USA | Sound Around, Inc.
Location: Brooklyn, NY | On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us
Pyle USA (Sound Around, Inc.) is an established, high-volume consumer electronics company with a portfolio of leading brands, including Pyle, NutriChef, and SereneLife.
We manage thousands of products across Amazon and other major e-commerce marketplaces, with categories spanning professional audio, home electronics, kitchen appliances, fitness, and lifestyle products.
With a large Amazon advertising budget and a complex product catalog, we are looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Amazon PPC Manager who can identify opportunities, eliminate wasted spending, and improve advertising profitability at scale.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to take ownership of the daily performance, optimization, and overall efficiency of our Amazon advertising campaigns across Seller Central and Vendor Central.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who enjoys digging into data, uncovering inefficiencies, solving problems, and delivering measurable improvements.
We are not looking for someone who simply monitors campaigns or produces reports. We want a problem-solver who takes initiative, identifies what's wrong, fixes it, and continuously improves results.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Optimization & Profitability
Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Analyze search term reports, targeting reports, placement performance, and advertising data across thousands of ASINs.
Identify and eliminate wasted advertising spend, irrelevant keywords, excessive bids, and inefficient targeting.
Continuously improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and overall advertising profitability.
Identify opportunities to scale profitable products while reducing spend on underperforming campaigns.
Develop and maintain effective negative keyword strategies across the account.
Campaign Management & Troubleshooting
Audit existing campaign structures and rebuild inefficient or outdated campaigns.
Identify duplicate targeting, keyword cannibalization, and missed advertising opportunities.
Diagnose underperforming ASINs by investigating pricing, conversion rates, listing quality, inventory, and Buy Box issues.
Collaborate with e-commerce sales managers and other departments to resolve issues affecting advertising performance.
Use bulk files, automation tools, and data analysis to manage campaigns efficiently at scale.
Reporting & Accountability
Monitor daily advertising performance and quickly identify unusual spending or performance changes.
Provide clear weekly reporting on ad spend, sales, ACOS, TACOS, wasted spend, and profitability.
Present specific findings, corrective actions, and measurable results.
Proactively recommend improvements without waiting for management direction.
Take ownership of identified issues and follow through until resolved.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience, preferably with large advertising budgets.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve profitability using data-driven decisions.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and analysis of large data exports.
Experience using Amazon Advertising bulk operations and PPC management platforms such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar.
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Ability to independently identify problems, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing catalogs with 1,000+ ASINs.
Experience managing substantial monthly Amazon advertising budgets.
Familiarity with Amazon DSP.
Experience using SQL, Power BI, or automation tools for advertising analysis.
Understanding of Amazon retail operations, including pricing, inventory, conversion rates, and listing performance
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Health benefits and paid time off.
Opportunity to manage a large, established Amazon advertising account.
Direct impact on company profitability and e-commerce growth.
Full-time, on-site position at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief description of an Amazon PPC account you personally improved.
Include:
The size of the advertising budget you managed.
The biggest problem you identified.
The specific actions you took to correct it.
The measurable results you achieved, such as reduced wasted spend, improved ACOS/TACOS, or increased profitable sales.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real results—not just familiarity with PPC tools.
