Position Overview: Ensures that an appropriate number of cars are kept on location throughout the shift, parked correctly, and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Essential Job Functions:
- Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the supervisor or site manager.
- Communicate any safety issues regarding debris, water, oil spills, etc. directly to the site manager or supervisor.
- Have a good knowledge of the major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the lot.
- Assist the Supervisor or Site Manager with other duties as required.
