- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Parking Ambassadors to ensure excellent performance and customer service
- Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and feedback to team members
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing adjustments as needed
- Monitor team performance and address attendance, conduct, or service issues in alignment with company policies
- Lead by example, maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence at all times
- Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all customers, tenants, and visitors
- Escalate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations promptly and effectively
- Support ambassadors in handling complex or challenging customer interactions
- Promote a culture of service excellence and accountability
- Oversee daily parking operations to ensure compliance with facility rules and company procedures
- Monitor parking areas for proper usage, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure citations and warnings are issued accurately and in accordance with policy
- Coordinate traffic flow during peak periods, special events, and emergencies
- Conduct routine inspections of parking areas for cleanliness, signage visibility, and equipment functionality
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues; escalate urgent concerns as needed
- Ensure the parking environment remains safe, clean, and organized at all times
- Utilize parking technology systems, handheld devices, and reporting tools as required
- Track and communicate operational updates, incidents, and performance metrics to management
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Previous experience in parking operations, hospitality, customer service, or related field required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortably enforcing policies while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds if required
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
- Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes
