Job Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting

Deliver the AMEA Q&FS performance management (periodic/quarterly/Half yearly/ Yearly ) Co-create High Frequency Machine Data analytics pl in service of the CBN of manufacturing sites. Contribute to the development and execution of short-, mid- and long-term Analytics strategy for the region. Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive analytics use cases. Deliver trusted, standardized datasets that enable consistent decision-making. Develop CBN led BI dashboards supporting QFS functions across the AMEA region. Identify opportunities for reporting standardization and process optimization.

Data Governance

Support the implementation of Data Governance standards and best practices across the region in line with the Global guidelines. Develop and maintain business glossary, metadata, and data dictionary to ensure consistent data definitions. Establish and implement data quality rules and validation checks at source systems. Monitor data quality KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve data reliability. Partner with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to drive data quality, standardization, and governance initiatives.

Capability Building

Helping associates to build capabilities around digital data solutions. Providing training and demonstrating digital solutions. Documenting developed solutions for scaling at large and for knowledge management. Developing learning content, sharing best practices.

Context and Scope

The role works closely with regional QFS stakeholders, Digital Technologies, and Data Governance teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable analytics solutions. It collaborates across functions to ensure data quality, standardize reporting, and drive digital adoption through continuous stakeholder engagement.

Education & Professional Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Master’s degree/Certification in analytics
  • 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
  • Food safety related background (preferred)
  • MBA (optional)

Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management
  • Experience working in a global or regional organization
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and Copilot capabilities
  • Quality and food safety knowledge
