1. Develop RFPs – Request For Projects, and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the Planning Committee.
2. Establish and manage critical paths for different projects, ensuring efficient project progression and timely issue resolution.
3. Monitor and report project progress to, Operation Director, providing regular updates on key performance indicators and potential risks.
4. Project Manager should always attend the Planning Committee Meeting
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with the club's strategic objectives
6. Oversee the bidding process, contractor selection, and contract negotiation for construction projects.
7. Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

1. 制定 RFP （Request for Projects，專案申請／專案提案文件），並與規劃委員會（Planning Committee）合作，執行完整的專案計畫，包括時程、里程碑及資源配置。
2. 建立並管理各項專案的關鍵路徑（Critical Path），確保專案有效推進，並及時解決相關問題。
3. 監督並向營運總監（Operation Director）報告專案進度，定期提供重要績效指標（KPI）及潛在風險的最新資訊。
4. 專案經理應全程參與規劃委員會（Planning Committee）會議。
5. 與內部及外部相關單位／利害關係人協作，確保專案目標與 Club 的整體策略目標一致。
6. 負責工程專案的招標流程、承包商遴選及合約協商。
7. 管理專案預算，追蹤各項支出，並確保專案在整個執行週期中具備成本效益。
8. 確保專案符合相關建築法規、政府規範及安全標準。
