Chemours is seeking an Americas Regional Supply Chain Manager to join our Titanium Technologies team! This position is available at our Wilmington, DE location.

This role focuses on developing, implementing, and continually improving the supply chain strategy, process, tools, and team, with key accountabilities for regional execution of the global plan, people management, and performance measurements.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure development and execution of the regional supply chain strategy and plan in support of the business and functional strategies, meeting customer needs through integrated processes, systems, and use of technology.

  • Actively participate in improving the TT E2E Supply Chain processes, contribute to global Supply Chain standards, best practices, and the governance for continuous improvement.

  • Lead integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans and execution to resolve problems and find solutions to meet business needs

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Business Leadership, Sales & Demand, Customer Service, Global Supply Chain, Procurement Sourcing & Logistics, Manufacturing, Technology, Product & Market management etc.

  • Meet customer delivery requirements within policies / procedures and compliance with regulatory and import/export control. Drive improvement through root cause analysis and CBS tools

  • Develop supply chain capability and competence within team to ensure strong performance and talent pipeline for long term succession planning.

  • Accountable for performance measures including:

    • Customer delivery performance (DTP – Delivery to Promise, DTR – Delivery to Request)

    • Customer experience/responsiveness (Service CQSI’s resolution)

    • Delivery plan accuracy compliance and Optimum Request For Change process usage

    • Cost-to-Serve performance (FPDE, internal movement freight cost, Mode optimization (e.g. intermodals, dedicated trucks, ocean/ports, rail/bulk trucks), Network optimization (e.g. Terminals, regional warehouses)

    • Regional Inventory management (e.g. VMI improvements, Consignment planning, SS / DSI targets, Slow moving)

    • Competent, high-performance team with strong organizational health

    • Team Development and Succession Planning

    • Compliance to Sales & Supply Chain processes, procedures, and policies

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related or technical field

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial Supply Chain, Manufacturing process improvement, including business improvement role with wide view on business, use of analytical approach in highly professional environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership with ability to develop and motivate cross functional, diverse teams.

  • Proven track record in delivering commitments and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, communicating effectively with key partners and collaborators.

  • Action driven, results-oriented, with strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Strong financial and business acumen

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Manufacturing background: industrial processes, lean manufacturing, Supply Chain

  • Advanced Excel skills/knowledge

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification

  • SAP, ERP, OMP experience

$126,067.00 - $196,980.00

Annual Bonus Target:

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
