AmeriCorps Workforce Specialist Team Lead (3400)

Role Focus:

• Serve as both a Workforce Specialist and a peer leader for a team member.
• Enhance team effectiveness, cohesion, and development.

Additional Duties:

• Model service practices and provide on-the-spot assistance and training to other members.
• Lead weekly team meetings and member development/reflection activities.
• Organize and facilitate team service projects.
• Serve as a communication bridge between members, program staff, and site supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Not Allowed:

• Cannot sign member timesheets, evaluate or discipline members, or manage program payroll/budget.
