The Opportunity
As an AML and Sanctions - Fenergo Principle Product Consultant - Senior Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients within our Risk & Regulatory practice. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage, focusing on the Banking and Capital Markets sector. As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, applying your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic advisory initiatives to drive informed decision-making for clients in the banking and capital markets sector
- Developing and implementing innovative data analytics solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Managing complex projects and guiding teams through ambiguous and challenging situations
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to provide strategic insights and validate outcomes with clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams in the development and deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change within analytics frameworks
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Demonstrating Fenergo capabilities and solution functionality to clients
- Translating business and regulatory requirements into effective Fenergo configurations
- Designing Fenergo solutions aligned with client requirements, operating models, and business objectives
- Leveraging AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in projects
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Utilizing strategic questioning and storytelling for client engagement
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
