Reverse Logistics Specialist
工作地點：新竹市東區

Job description:

• Reverse Logistics

o Spares parts core return consolidation and expedition.
o 3PL truck dispatch and cost control.
o Deliver KPI of Cycle Time <= 30 days from parts delivery to core receiving at depots.
o Weekly meeting and daily engagement with Lam RL team in India & US.
o Manage logistics process from TW customers to US and/or other regions, including safety, double bag, RAM validity related issue.

• Streamline projects: Include reverse logistics and cycle time reduction.
• Automation, Visual Management Dashboard and co-work with Lam Corporate Depot/Logistics team to deliver best in Lam performance and continuous improvement.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (IE degree preferred) & over 3~5 years’ logistics/warehouse management experience.
• The semiconductor industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS excel and MS PowerPoint (Presentation Skill)
• Familiar with SAP & WMS (warehouse management system)
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Project managements skills
• will do / can do attitude to any challenging tasks
• Language: English - listening /medium、Speaking / medium、Writing /medium
