安裝及服務電機工程師 (駐曼谷，泰國）Associate Installation & Service Electrician (Bangkok Based)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for MKS Atotech equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient equipment operation.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding system-related issues.
• Deliver professional service to maximize customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Execute daily service tasks in accordance with defined processes and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports to the local Installation & Service Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or technical service roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Chinese language skills are a major advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service support, including locations such as Ayutthaya, Prachin Buri, and Samut Sakhon.

• 負責 MKS Atotech 設備的現場系統安裝、故障排除與預防性維護。
• 提供客戶技術支援，確保設備運作順暢高效。
• 作為客戶處理系統相關問題的第一聯繫窗口。
• 提供專業服務以提升客戶滿意度並建立長期合作關係。
• 依照既定流程執行每日服務任務，並確保持續追蹤至問題解決。
• 透過積極溝通與支援，建立並維持良好的客戶關係。
• 準確撰寫並提交服務報告予當地安裝與服務經理。

資格與技能

• 電機工程、電子工程或相關科系之專科或大學學歷。
• 至少 2–3 年設備安裝、維護或技術服務相關工作經驗。
• 具備紮實的電氣系統知識與故障排除能力。
• 能閱讀並理解電氣原理圖與技術手冊。
• 具備工業設備相關經驗者尤佳。
• 需具備泰文與英文之聽說讀寫能力。
• 具中文能力者為重大加分條件。
• 具備優異的問題分析與解決能力。
• 良好的溝通能力與客戶服務技巧。
• 能獨立作業並有效管理多項任務。
• 能配合至 Ayutthaya、Prachin Buri、Samut Sakhon 等地進行現場安裝與服務支援之出差需求。
