🚀 What You’ll Do

• Assist in the monthly accounting close by providing information and support to the team;
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility;
• Reconcile asset and liability accounts and analyze income statement accounts based on reports from other areas, identifying and correcting inconsistencies;
• Analyze variances in balance sheets and income statements, investigating discrepancies and assisting other departments in understanding results by explaining reports and detailed variances;
• Manage cash flow by monitoring fund inflows and outflows;
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations;
• Control and schedule payments to suppliers, payroll, and other financial obligations;
• Monitor and forecast the company's financial position, identifying working capital needs;
• Negotiate with financial institutions to secure better terms for loans, financing, and rates;
• Issue and manage payment slips, invoices, and other financial documents;
• Invest available funds, seeking a balance between profitability and security;

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
• Active CRC registration (desirable);
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
• Experience in accounting and treasury;
• Experience with the TOTVS system is a plus;
• Knowledge of accounting and tax standards and procedures;
• Advanced English.
