This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Conteúdo | E-mail Marketing, Blog e SEO based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a content professional who combines strategic thinking, strong writing, and a data-driven approach to digital marketing. You will lead the planning and evolution of email marketing, blog, and SEO initiatives, translating business goals and audience needs into clear content strategies. The position offers broad ownership across editorial calendars, customer journeys, content opportunities, and production direction. You will work closely with writers, copywriters, CRM, social media, performance, design, and subject-matter teams. Your work will directly support organic growth, engagement, and content performance. • Plan and manage editorial calendars across blog, SEO, and email marketing, establishing priorities, themes, formats, objectives, and publishing schedules.
• Structure email marketing campaigns and nurturing journeys aligned with audience needs, marketing objectives, and customer stages.
• Identify organic growth and SEO opportunities by analyzing existing content performance, search visibility, and relevant keyword opportunities.
• Write, review, and optimize blog content with a focus on SEO, clarity, relevance, search intent, and organic performance.
• Analyze the keywords for which existing content ranks on Google, identifying opportunities to improve positioning, expand visibility, and increase organic traffic.
• Identify new keywords and content opportunities, guiding the repositioning, updating, and creation of relevant materials.
• Create clear briefs and strategic directions for writers and copywriters, defining topics, formats, objectives, key messages, and calls to action.
• Monitor content, blog, SEO, and email marketing metrics, using performance insights to recommend optimizations, updates, and content repurposing.
• Collaborate closely with communication and marketing teams, coordinating initiatives and ensuring alignment across different content channels.

Requirements:

• Experience with content strategy and planning, with the ability to translate business and audience objectives into structured editorial initiatives.
• Knowledge of email marketing and nurturing journeys, including campaign planning and audience communication.
• Knowledge of SEO and blog content strategy, including search intent, keyword research, content optimization, and organic performance.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines independently.
• Ability to create effective content briefs and provide clear guidance to writers and copywriters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, relevance, and audience engagement.
• Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to use performance indicators to guide content decisions.
• Autonomy and ownership in managing projects, following timelines, identifying opportunities, and driving initiatives forward.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or SEO tools is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journeys, experience with email campaign testing and optimization, and experience updating content to improve organic performance are desirable differentiators.
