BILLING ANALYST

Industry: Healthcare Services (Specialty Care and Private Sector)

Work Location: Corporativo Santa María (near Puente Atirantado and Torres Moradas)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (not remote)

Requirements:

• Proven previous experience in a similar role, managing invoice issuance and billing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Electronic invoicing experience.
• Strong conversational English proficiency (minimum B2 level) required for interaction with clients, colleagues, and vendors in the United States. MANDATORY.

Position Objective:

• Ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices.
• Invoice Issuance: Generate and distribute invoices or payment receipts, verifying all information in the accounting system.
• Reconciliation: Review purchase orders, contracts, and records to ensure there are no discrepancies.
• Collections Management: Monitor accounts receivable status, help identify outstanding balances, and support cash flow management.
• Customer Service: Resolve questions, disputes, or complaints related to issued charges and invoices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all documentation complies with current legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Availability during these hours is mandatory. Schedule is non-negotiable.
