Contract Management
- Draft, review and negotiate domestic and international agreements.
- Develop and standardize contract templates and legal documentation.
- Draft amendments, legal notices, memoranda and other legal documents.
Legal Advisory
- Prepare legal opinions on Corporate, Commercial, Contract, Labor and Compliance matters.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Support licensing, permits and regulatory filings with governmental authorities.
- Monitor regulatory and administrative matters.
- Track legal deadlines, contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and update internal legal policies and procedures.
- Deliver legal and compliance training to employees.
- Support Ethics & Compliance Program initiatives.
- Assist in internal investigations and whistleblowing matters.
- Support LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) compliance initiatives.
Legal Operations
- Coordinate external counsel activities when required.
- Assist with legal department budget, payments and cost control.
- Prepare management reports and legal KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license.
- Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Compliance, Labor Law or related field.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- At least 3 years of experience in an in-house legal department or business law firm.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial and Labor Law.
