What will you be doing here?

Apoiar no trabalho de Investigações Internas do Canal de Denúncias; processos de Due Diligence (DD) de Compliance; treinamentos e Cultura de Integridade e melhoria contínua nos Indicadores da área.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Apoiar o canal de denúncias: realizar investigações corporativas de ponta a ponta (da coleta de evidências a entrevistas e parecer conclusivo.

Apoiar processos de Due Diligence abrangendo a integridade e reputação de parceiros estratégicos

Apoiar o desenvolvimento e ministração de treinamentos da área

Monitorar planos de ação, desenvolver indicadores e consolidar KPIs da área e reportar cenários críticos para comitês de ética e lideranças.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em área de Compliance em empresas

• conhecer ferramentas de canal de denúncia

• desejável conhecer de ferramentas e processo de Due Diligencie

• formação em Direito, Administração ou correlato

• desejável ter facilidade e conhecer ferramentas de gerenciamento de dados e IA

• boa comunicação verbal e escrita

• desejável inglês e espanhol
