We lead in chip design, verification, and IP integration, empowering the creation of high-performance silicon chips and software content. Join us to transform the future through continuous technological innovation.

You Are

You are a passionate Analog Design Engineer with strong expertise in the design and development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You have hands-on experience designing high-performance analog IPs including High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS interfaces, Crystal Oscillators, Bias Generators, Bandgap References, LDO Regulators, Supply Monitoring Circuits, and related analog building blocks.

You enjoy solving complex circuit design challenges and have a deep understanding of transistor-level design, circuit optimization, and silicon validation. You are comfortable working across the entire product lifecycle from architecture definition and circuit implementation to layout review, silicon bring-up, and characterization.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with layout, digital, verification, product engineering, and validation teams to deliver robust and production-quality designs. You are detail-oriented, technically curious, and motivated to develop high-performance analog solutions for next-generation semiconductor products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and validate analog and mixed-signal IP blocks including High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS interfaces, Crystal Oscillators, Bandgap References, Bias Generators, LDO Regulators, Supply Detectors, and other analog building blocks.
  • Perform transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and optimization across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) conditions.
  • Execute comprehensive pre-layout and post-layout verification including corner, Monte Carlo, mismatch, noise, reliability, and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with layout teams to implement high-performance analog layout methodologies including matching, shielding, isolation, and parasitic optimization.
  • Participate in architecture definition, design reviews, documentation, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with digital, verification, validation, and product engineering teams to ensure successful integration and product execution.
  • Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and correlation of silicon results with simulation data.
  • Contribute to design methodologies that improve performance, robustness, power efficiency, and product quality.
  • Apply analog design best practices, including awareness of ESD protection and reliability requirements.

What You'll Need

  • Strong experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-Speed I/O (HSTIO), LVDS, Crystal Oscillators, Bandgap References, Bias Circuits, LDO Regulators, Supply Detection Circuits, or related analog IPs.
  • Solid understanding of transistor-level analog design fundamentals including gain, bandwidth, noise, stability, matching, and power optimization.
  • Experience with industry-standard analog design and simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-layout and post-layout verification methodologies, including PVT, Monte Carlo, reliability, and corner simulations.
  • Experience working closely with layout engineers on analog layout reviews and parasitic-aware design optimization.
  • Exposure to silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and lab validation.
  • Understanding of ESD protection concepts and analog reliability considerations is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Who You Are:

  • An analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who values diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
  • A proactive learner who stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • An effective communicator, able to translate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • A results-driven individual who is adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with fast-paced, high-impact work.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join a passionate, multidisciplinary team of analog and mixed-signal engineers dedicated to advancing Synopsys’ interface IP portfolio. The team is focused on delivering robust, innovative, and high-quality solutions that meet the rigorous demands of a global customer base. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical mentorship are at the core of our culture, ensuring you’ll have the support and opportunities needed to thrive and grow.
