The successful candidate will play a key role in executing M&A and capital raising transactions, preparing client materials, and supporting the team in financial analysis and market research.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactionsPrepare marketing pitchbooks and related materialsGather public company information and perform analytical researchConduct financial modelling, company valuation, and financial analysisDraft marketing documents such as Information Memorandums and Management PresentationsMaintain various databases, including M&A transactions, debt and equity capital marketsSkills and Attributes:Bachelor of Commerce or similar degreeExperience in a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank, or Big 4 accounting firm in corporate financeInterest in M&A and capital marketsStrong financial and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts clearlyTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicApplicants must have full working rights in Australia.We look forward to receiving your CV and a cover letter outlining why you would be a great fit for this role.
