Analyst, Accounting - Rotational New Grad Program for CPA

Program Overview

As part of this two-year program, you will gain a broad and practical understanding of accounting by taking a different role each year.

In addition to your core accounting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, learning to extract insights from financial and operational data using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL. You will also gain practical knowledge of SAP by taking part in the implementation of S/4HANA — a valuable opportunity to become familiar with modern enterprise systems and contribute to the digital transformation of the finance function. We are committed to supporting you throughout your designation process by offering both financial sponsorship and access to mentors.

At the end of the program, you will transition into a permanent role within one of our finance teams — setting the foundation for a long-term career at Bombardier.
