Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer banking customers by providing tailored financial solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wealth management products, including insurance, investment, and deposit solutions.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews with customers to ensure their financial goals are met.
• Adhere to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with branch team members and product specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial planning concepts, and market trends.
• Relevant regulatory certifications in financial advisory are highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset and a results-driven attitude.
