Analyst, Business Process Optimization (Procurement)

What are your contributions to the team?

• Own Ariba catalog operations end to end, including catalog intake, enablement, maintenance, issue resolution, supplier coordination, content quality, user adoption, and continuous improvement of buying channels.
• Improve procurement operations by streamlining procure-to-pay workflows, clarifying handoffs, resolving operational bottlenecks, and standardizing processes that support compliant and efficient purchasing.
• Monitor procurement operations and catalog performance using SAP, Ariba, and Power BI, including adoption, touchless transaction rates, exception trends, cycle times, and compliance indicators, and translate insights into actions for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support supplier collaboration by coordinating catalog onboarding requirements, maintaining supplier content quality, preparing user documentation, and providing training or support that improves catalog adoption and procurement transparency.
• Support S/4HANA deployment for future sites by helping define procurement requirements, validating process readiness, coordinating testing and training inputs, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring catalog and procurement operations are aligned with the global template.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in procurement operations, procure-to-pay processes, catalog management, continuous improvement, or data-driven supply chain roles. Additional years of experience preferred.
• You have experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and following up with cross-functional stakeholders; PMP certification is an asset.
• You have change management experience, including user readiness, adoption support, impact communication, and transition planning.
• You are familiar with SAP Ariba, preferably with hands-on experience in Catalog, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Guided Buying, or supplier enablement.
• You have exposure to SAP S/4HANA or a strong interest in learning ERP tools.
• You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset.
• You can work effectively in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities, resolve issues, coordinate stakeholders, and drive actions to closure.
• You are adaptable, collaborative, and able to build strong working relationships.
