Build and improve enterprise ServiceNow solutions
We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ServiceNow platform.
You’ll work across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications, translating requirements into scalable solutions using ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations. You’ll work closely with platform engineers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
What you’ll do

Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications.

Write and maintain JavaScript using ServiceNow APIs and scripting frameworks.

Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, catalog items, flows, and workflows.

Develop solutions that follow ServiceNow development and platform governance best practices.

Support CMDB data quality, Discovery, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Contribute to platform upgrades, releases, defect resolution, and performance improvements.

Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and management requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot complex platform issues and identify root causes.

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Support continuous improvement across the ServiceNow platform and other modules as required.
What you’ll bring

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.

Strong JavaScript development skills and experience using ServiceNow APIs.
-
Experience developing with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, catalog items, flows, and workflows.

Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or custom applications.
-
Understanding of ServiceNow application architecture, data model, security, and development best practices.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations is an advantage.

Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Degree or equivalent professional experience.

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or other relevant certification is an advantage.
Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Experience creating automated regression tests and supporting release validation.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Experience with Performance Analytics and advanced reporting.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform migrations.

Experience with additional ServiceNow products or custom applications.
