About the Role

As Analyst, Digital Enablement, you will develop and drive strategies that optimize how our teams work, focusing on identifying and leading process improvement initiatives. You will lead the development of innovative automation solutions that enable business teams to work more efficiently and effectively, and you will foster continuous innovation and scalability to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end digital process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and drive scalable efficiency

  • Design and implement innovative, scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and align with digital and corporate strategy

  • Evaluate current processes and define flexible, standardized future-state solutions.

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions

  • Own project execution by managing project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder accountability

  • Lead communication strategies, ensuring clear, effective messaging to stakeholders and leadership

  • Drive adoption and change enablement through structured training that supports the adoption of tools and processes

  • Develop and enhance digital enablement resources to improve accessibility and usability

  • Use data and feedback to assess performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Identify and prioritize innovative solutions and emerging technologies to advance digital operations

  • Analyze team processes and data to identify and implement AI-driven solutions, generating actionable insights and driving measurable improvements in efficiency and business outcomes

  • Additional tasks may be assigned


What Skills You Have

Required

  • 2-4 years of ecommerce or experience in a retail environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, LLMs, Agentic Shopping
